Scraproom Organization Tip #4 - Paper Scraps

I had a heck of a time trying to figure out what to do with my scraps.  The system I had before (in drawers) worked really good but I needed those drawers for other stuff.  So I decided to put the scraps in little project folders and store in my rolly cart thing-a-ma-jig.  See video to see what I mean.  :-)

I have so many paper pads, I was trying to figure out the best way to store them.  I show 3 different ways to do this in my video.  These systems will have to do until we get moved and I can get better organized and have them all in one place. What cha think?
