Card with Bead Flower

I created the bead flower on this card using a tutorial I saw on YouTube about a year ago.  I think the girl who did it was Beth Henry but not sure.  I have been wanting to do the flower but just kept putting it off.  So I finally did it and it turned out really cute so I wanted to put it on a card. I used a card I had already done but it was really plain.  I put the bead flower and all the flourishes on it which made it look much better.

Halloween Cards

Yeah, I know.  I am posting this just a little bit late.  OH well.  Here are my very FIRST Halloween cards I have ever done.  The one with the ghost and mummy was the first one and I used Websters Pages paper that I got in that Warehouse Sale box a couple of years ago.  The trim also was in there.  I think it turned out pretty good.  What do you think?

Card Using the Spellbinders Cut, Fold & Tuck Die

When I had my crop back in July, I took a lot of new dies with me so I could play around and see how they looked cut out.  This was one of the dies I cut and did not use at the crop so I saved it knowing I would use it sooner or later.  So I put a card together and this is how it turned out.

 I used a stick pin my scrappy friend ScrapenJeni gave me over a year ago knowing I would use it one day and this was a perfect card to put it on.

 

The inside needed something so I die cut one of the other pieces to this set and it turned out so cute.

 

I was having problems with the lace border on the front staying down, so I think I need to use a different adhesive - maybe the fabric tac or something. I hope you like the card. Thanks tons!

I finally bit the bullet and bought the We R Memory Keepers Envelope Maker.  I got it at Hobby Lobby and used a coupon.  I knew I wanted to get it sooner or later and when I saw it, I just had to get it. 

Thinking of You Card

Here is a card I did for a scrappy friend.  Sending to her because she is really a special person.  She gives inspiration to all - not only crafty inspiration but also because she is going through so much in her life and yet she still manages to help others and give encouraging words to them if they have issues of their own.  She is such a sweetie pie.  Here is the video I did on her card.  I don't think I took any stills of it but oh well.  Enjoy.
