Happy After Christmas!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas holiday and was able to spend it with family and friends.  Mine was great and I am looking forward to a new year and some new projects.  My NUMBER ONE PROJECT is to re-do my scraproom.  It is so unorganized, it is driving me crazy so I am hoping that I can get it the way I need to in order to be able to function like I need to in there.  So stay tuned for some organizational tips that hopefully will help.  Happy New Year!!!

Our Christmas Cards 2011

I made our Christmas Cards this year so I did a short video on them. I meant to do a video on me actually making them, but I was in such a hurry to finish them and get them out, I forgot.  Geez!  Anyhoo, here is the video.  Enjoy.

Christmas Wreath

This is my FIRST attempt at a fabric wreath.  I got the idea from Sarah (PinkCricuit).  I think hers turned out a little better than mine but I thought it was okay for a first try.  I used four different patterns of Christmas fabric and some sparkely tulle.  Just tied strips around a wreath form until it was filled.  I bought 1/2 yard of each one and I did not even use half of each for this wreath.  So I can make about 1 or two more of these.  Let me know what you think.

Christmas Challenge

Here is another Christmas card using a digi from Bugaboo Stamps.  Isn't it so cute!  I jazzed it up a little with some glaze on the red parts of the candy cane and used some Sakura glitter pens on parts of the outfit.  Used Christmas twine also.

I will be submitting this card in the following challenges:

Paper Crafting Journey - Christmas
Creative Card Crew - Tis the Season
Come and Get It - Anything Christmas
Belli Challenge - Winter & Christmas
Heart Song Inspirations - Christmas and/or Red, Green and White

Craft Show 12-3-11

Had my third craft show this year.  Went better than the last two probably because it was close to Christmas.  However, this event is always busy so I was glad to get in on it.  Here are some photos. Video is below.

My helper (my son).  I know he did not want to be there but he was sweet enough to help me since my hubby was not able to make it.

Christmas Creation

I got into the "Christmas Card" spirit so here is a card I did.  I used a digi stamp topper from Digital Delights.  I put some extra "bling" on his hat.  The ribbon is a bling mesh ribbon - more like glittery mesh.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

The Poodles Parlour - Christmas
Crafty Catz - Colours of Christmas
Clearly i Stamp - Christmas
Craft Your Passion - Tis The Season
Simon Says - Anything Goes
Divas By Design - Anything Goes
Paper Crafting Journey - Anything Goes

RAK from Colleen and a Christmas Card

Received some goodies from Colleen!  Thanks girl.  One of the items she sent me I had to do a card with and so I wanted to show you what I did.
